These Terms of Service apply to all services offered under the brand “Nexura Agency,” operated by Moisa Consulting LLC.

Welcome to Moisa Consulting LLC. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before engaging with our company.

1. Services Provided

Moisa Consulting LLC specializes in automating business processes using artificial intelligence (AI). We work with online coaches, agency owners, and entrepreneurs to streamline their operations through automation. Services may include process analysis, implementation of automation tools (e.g. Make), and integration with client platforms.

2. Project-Based Engagement

All services are provided on a per-project basis. Scope, timelines, and pricing are discussed and agreed upon prior to project commencement. Each project is tailored to the client’s specific needs.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and timely access to the necessary accounts, platforms, and data

Cooperate throughout the duration of the project

Communicate clearly and promptly during implementation

4. Use of Third-Party Tools

We may use a range of third-party tools and platforms, including but not limited to Make, as well as systems already used by the client. By agreeing to our services, clients grant us permission to use and integrate these tools as required.

5. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If, after 30 days of documented use of our delivered solution, the client can reasonably demonstrate that no measurable time has been saved, we will issue a full refund. Proof of proper use and cooperation is required for refund eligibility.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, services rendered up to that point are non-refundable (except as stated in Section 5).

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver high-performing automation solutions, Moisa Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.

9. Changes to Terms

Moisa Consulting LLC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated directly to clients.
